India to move WTO against entities list
NEW DELHI, Nov 15 —India will lodge a “strong protest” at the World Trade Organisation and to the US Government against the US decision to blacklist 40 Indian entities along with their 200 subsidiaries from having business links with US companies.

Cyclone hits Andhra coast: 29,000 shifted
HYDERABAD, Nov 15 — Over 29,000 persons were shifted to safer areas from 74 villages in Visakhapatnam and two mandals in Vizianagaram districts of coastal Andhra Pradesh as a severe cyclonic storm crossed the coast tonight triggering heavy rains.

Ban on university posts to be lifted
AMRITSAR, Nov 15 — Higher Education Minister Manjit Singh Calcutta has said that the state government will allow Guru Nanak Dev and Punjabi Universities to fill the required posts in the teaching and non-teaching departments if these are justified by the subcommittees constituted by the Syndicates of both universities.
