Bihar Governor keen to resign
NEW DELHI, Feb 17 — There seems to be no end to the Prime Minister, Mr Atal Behari Vajpayee’s troubles as the Bihar Governor, Mr Sunder Singh Bhandari’s reported threat to resign has cast a shadow on the former’s historic journey to Pakistan on the inaugural Delhi-Lahore bus on February 20.Sources in Patna said the party high command was trying to persuade Mr Bhandari not to resign.

Chautala hints at support to Centre
HANSI, Feb 17 — The Indian National Lok Dal leader, Mr Om Prakash Chautala, today hinted that his party may continue issue-based support to the BJP-led government at the Centre. He clearly said, his party was not in favour of seeing the exit of Vajpayee Government, but did not "like to share its (government's) misdeeds".

Pak SC declares military courts unconstitutional
ISLAMABAD, Feb 17 — Pakistan’s Supreme Court today declared the setting up of controversial courts as "unconstitutional" and set aside all sentences passed by them, in a major setback to the Nawaz Sharif government’s plans to dispense quick justice in terrorism-related cases in Sind.
