merchants returning to the walled
city’... . This was the scenario
several hundred years ago when Delhi was
the seat of the Mughals. Today, the
streets might be floodlit and the bushes
practically non-existent,yet the
residents of the Capital fear even the
shadows, since danger lurks everywhere.
