NEW DELHI, Oct 22 — The CBI today charge-sheeted S. K. Bhatnagar, Win Chadha, Ottavio Quottrocchi, Martin Ardbo and Swedish arms manufacturer A. B. Bofors in the multi-dollar Bofors gun deal and alleged kickbacks case.
