Mounting pressure for early assembly poll, 11 Congress MLAs in Uttar Pradesh today resigned from their seats. Six more party legislators, who were out of the state capital, would submit their resignations later, Uttar Pradesh Congress chief Prakash Jaiswal told reporters here. PTI
