dry in region New Delhi, October 19 Temperatures: Past hours change in maximum temperatures: Maximum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 38.6° C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan). Past 24 hours change in minimum temperatures: Minimum Temperatures rose in Punjab and changed little elsewhere. Departures: They were below normal in Punjab, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 13.2° C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh). Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of October 21: Hazy sky.
