Three Thousand EZphones will be in use at World Cup 2002 in Korea next year.

Iridian Technologies Lina Page has the iris of her eye reflected in a eye scanner that allows for physical access as she demonstrates her companies technology at Comdex 2001. The biometrics company can differentiate each individuals unique iris and hope the technology will be used to help secure airports and border control points.
