Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.0° C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 23: Weather will be dry over the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 23: Hazy sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 12° C.
