Tagore School win tennis tourney

Ludhiana, November 24
Boys’ (u-18) lawn tennis team of hosts Tagore Public School, Aggar Nagar, clinched the Ludhiana Sahodaya Lawn Tennis Tournament held recently. Girls in the same discipline bagged third place.

Kabaddi tourney

A three-day kabaddi tournament will be organised by the Youth Services Club and the gram panchayat of Fatehgarh Neungan village, 4 km from here, from November 25 to 27. Mr Bachan Singh Cheema will be the chief quest.

Mr Vikas Partap, Deputy Commissioner, Fatehgarh Sahib will distribute the prizes. Mr Jit Singh Buter, Assistant Director, Youth Services, will preside over the function.
