Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departures: They were above normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region.

The lowest temperature in the plains was 5°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of November 30: Light rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of November 30: Sunny day. Clear sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 9°C.
