Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere.

Departures: They were normal over the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 5.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 1: Light rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Weather will be dry in the rest of the region.
