Meanwhile, the Army today busted four militant hideouts and seized a huge cache of arms and ammunition in north Kashmir, defence sources said. A report from Jammu said two Hizb-ul Mujahideen militants were shot dead by the security forces in an encounter in Kathua district early this morning.
