Amritsar coldest in plains New Delhi, December 12 Snowfall Report (cm): Himachal Pradesh: Dhundi 8, Jammu and Kashmir: Hadan Taj and Mop 28 each, Sonamarg 22, Banihal 15, Niru 13, Zamidarkhan Galli 8, Himmat 6, Ragani 5, Pharkin 4 and Kanzal Wan, Putakhan and Sonapindi 2 each. Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell appreciably in Punjab and west Rajasthan, fell in Haryana, east Rajasthan and Uttaranchal and changed a little elsewhere. Departures: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and east Rajasthan, above normal in west Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.4°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).
