Heavy rain likely in UP, Uttaranchal

Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in east Rajasthan, at many places in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttaranchal, at a few places in Haryana, west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cms are: Haryana: Dadri Toya 9 and Ayanagar and Kalka 4 each, Himachal Pradesh: Kandaghat 10 and Shimla 2, Punjab: Nangal 2 and Jagraon 1, east Rajasthan: Nagaur 13, Tonk 11, Amer and Srimadhopur 7 each, Chomu, Kanwa and Ramgarh Bandh 6 each, Jamwa Ramgarh 5, Didwana, Khimsar, Sanganer and Umedsagar 4 each, Bisalpur, Dausa, Gulabpura, Makrana, Sikar and Viratnagar 3 each, Bassi, Jaipur, Jaisamand, Kekri, Kishangarh, Raipur and Shahpura 2 each and Alwar, Bari, Bandikui, Rawatbhata and Sikrai 1 each, East, West Rajasthan: Kolayat 4, Bikaner and Nokha 2 each and Jodhpur and Sujangarh 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Basti and kakrahi 7 each, Jaunpur and Regoli 6 each, Bansi, Chandradeepghat, Etawah and Mukhlispur 5 each, Ballia and Kakrdharighat 4 each, Ayodhya, Gorakhpur and Mirzapur 3 each, Katerniaghat, Palliakalan and Turtipar 2 each and Allahabad, Birdghat, Elginbridge and Varanasi city 1 each, West Uttar Pradesh: Bareilly 4 and Narora 1 and Uttaranchal: Banbasa, Dehra Dun and Rudraprayag 1 each.
