Richard Vadra, brother-in-law of Ms Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, was found dead at his residence in Moradabad this evening. State Additional Director General of Police (Law and Order) Bua Singh said here tonight that Richard (35) was a patient of diabetes and blood pressure. — UNI
