Rainfall: Weather was dry over the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures changed little. Departure: They were above normal in Himachal Pradesh and east Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 3.5°C recorded at Amritsar.

Forecast valid until the morning of December 7: Rain or snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 7: Partly cloudy sky. Mist in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 8°C.
