Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Haryana. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Temperatures: Past 24 hours change: Minimum temperatures fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere.

Departure: They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, above normal in Punjab and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 4°C recorded at Amritsar (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of December 21: Rain or snow is likely at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of December 21: Partly cloudy sky with possibility of thundery development in some areas. Fog in the morning. Minimum temperature will be around 8°C.

Farmers weather bulletin for Delhi forecast valid until the morning of December 21: Development of thunder cloud is likely at a few places.
