Chautala takes oath as CM today
CHANDIGARH, July 23 — Mr Om Prakash Chautala, President of the Indian National Lok Dal, who has been asked by the Governor to take oath as Chief Minister tomorrow morning, today assured the people of Haryana that he would give them a "clean and efficient" administration in accordance with the aspirations of the people.

Pak violates airspace
25 intruders killed in Batalik
NEW DELHI, July 23 — A Pakistani air force helicopter violated Indian airspace in the Batalik sub-sector of Kargil yesterday as there were reports of killing of 32 Pakistani soldiers during fierce battle at positions held by intruders and in retaliatory mortar shelling by Indian troops along the Line of Control in the Rajouri and Poonch sectors.
