 As a fresh strategy devised at an all-party meeting, which was boycotted
        by SAD, the BJP and the BSP, political leaders today decided to knock at
        the door of the President, The Prime Minister, the Law Minister and the
        Water Resources Minister to seek justice for Punjab on the SYL issue and

 It was after several years that men, women and children danced as the
        band played music in Basti-Gulabgarh village right on the Indo-Pakistan
        border where a marriage was solemnised today without any fear of bullets
        being sprayed at them from across the border.
