Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at a few places in Himachal Pradesh, East Rajasthan and West Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab, West Rajasthan and East Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Himachal Pradesh: Baijnath and Kangra 4 each, Dharamsala and Nadaun 3 each, Pandoh 2 and Shimla and Sunibhaji 1 each, East Rajasthan: Chhabra 5, Jaipur, Kotri and Sanganer 4 each, Govindgarh 3, Chaksu and Mandal 2 each and Atru, Alwar, Bassi, Behror, Bharatpur and Sikrai 1 each, East Uttar Pradesh: Neemsar 1 and West Uttar Pradesh: Fatehgarh 1.
