Ludhiana, August 9
When dreams turn into reality, one is overwhelmed with joy and a feeling of happiness fills one's mind. Haneet Taneja, a fan of Annu Kapur host of Zee TV’s popular programme ‘Antakshari’, could not believe his luck when he got a chance to participate in the programme that would pair a celebrity with a common person. His partner in the contest was Ms India Universe, Tanushree.

He could not believe that his audition, held in March 2004 would see him auditioning in Mumbai in July and to top it all he would appear with one of the most beautiful woman of the country. He and Tanushree comprised the Parwana team and they won by securing 550 point, the highest in that episode.

Haneet said,"My joy knew no bounds when Zee TV told me that I would be participating in the Antakshri contest to be organised on July 23 in Famous Studio, Mumbai and that too with a celebrity. I have admired Annu Kaoor, host of ‘Antakshri’ for his spontaneous interaction with the contestants. When I got an opportunity to meet him face to face, I was in seventh heaven. Actually when Zee team had come to Ludhiana to shoot for the programme, I had not applied for it. During the shooting, the anchors Pallavi and Annu Kapur asked audience members to sing. I had just gone to see the programme out of curiosity. I started singing and they liked my voice and invited me for another audition in Mumbai in July."

While Haneet was in Mumbai for a week, he also auditioned for another popular programme Sa, Re, Ga ,Ma Pa.He is awaiting the results.Harneet is quite passionate about music.
