Rainfall: Rain or thundershowers have occurred at most places in west Uttar Pradesh, at many places in Haryana, Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, at a few places in east Uttar Pradesh and at isolated places in the rest of the region. The chief amount of rainfall in cms. are Haryana- Ayanagar and Hodal 4 each, Hatin, Jind, Naraingarh and Rohtak 3 each, Kharkhauda and New Delhi (Palam) 2 each and Dadupur, Gannaur, Jagadhari, New (Safdarjung) and Palwal 1 each. Himachal Pradesh:
Guler 1, Jammu and Kashmir: Jammu 1,Punjab: Dhuri 1, East Rajasthan: Khanpur and Mount Abu 11 each, Sangod 10, Kotri 9, Pushkar 8, Atru, Bhainsroadgarh, Jahazpur, Kotkasim, Sarwar and Sambhar 7 each, Anta, Bari, Indergarh and Rashmi 6 each, Bayana, Baran, Nadauti, Pindwara and Srimadhopur 5 each, Ajanbandh, Chhipabroad, Deegana, Jamwa Ramgarh, Kota, Laxmangarh, Madalgarh, Mahuwa, Mandawar, Mangrol and Rawatbhata 4 each, Chomu, Chirawa, Ladpura, Pahari and Patan 3 each, Bharatpur, Banera, Bassi, Devli, Dholpur, Jhalawar, Niwai and Tonk 2 each and Makrana, Nasirabad, Pisangan and Piploo 1 each. West Rajasthan:
