The chief amounts of rainfall in cm. are: Haryana: Narnaul 2 and Hissar and Kaithal 1 each, Himachal Pradesh: Rampurbushahar 9, Shimla and Sunnibhaji 5 each, Jhandutta 4, Berthin and Kasol 3 each, Pandoh and Solan 2, Ghamroor, Guler, Bhung and Kandaghat 1 each, Punjab: Nangal 2, and Uttaranchal: Banbasa 4, Dehra Dun and Srinagar 3 each, Tehri 2 and Pantnagar and Rudraprayag 1 each.
