Rhyme time

Smile awhile

Smile, smile, smile everyday,

as its getting precious day by day.

Today the man is facing tensions,

Worrying about salaries and pensions.

Tensions will lead us to harm,

But a smile makes us feel calm.

Smile and let others smile,

Even if it is just for a while.

Let smile curl around your face,

Let yours face be full of grace.

Trees

Some birds live in the trees

They have ticket of coming and going free

Trees are like big towers

They also have beautiful flowers

They look very bright

In the bright sun light.

They give us fresh air

They also make us healthy and fair

They give shelter in rain

They also give shade in the lane.

First Shower

T’was the first shower

That washed the Earth and added dew to its flower.

Lo! It lends the lark.

In the air, it set a spark!

Ah! Then it opened its mouth

And made the stale go south.

Freshness, which shone on the smiles saying, "Hi",

Filled the face of the sky

Oh! Goodbye hot heat!

Welcome, monsoon’s heartbeat.

The leaves, hands of the plant, swaged with glee,

Aye! Every eye did see.

It is the happiness brought in the glade and bower

By Nature’s bounty — the First Shower.
