The Haryana Government has declared three-day state mourning from today as a mark of respect to the two Ministers, Mr Surender Singh, Agriculture and Revenue Minister, and Mr O.P. Jindal, Power Minister, who died in a helicopter crash in Saharanpur district today.

Prime Minister Manmohan Singh, his predecessor Atal Bihari Vajpayee and senior leaders from different political parties expressed shock and grief over the death of Haryana Power Minister O. P. Jindal and Agriculture Minister Surender Singh and crew of the aircraft in a helicopter crash, near Saharanpur, in Uttar Pradesh today.
