Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The maximum temperatures rose in Himachal Pradesh and Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: They were above normal in Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The highest maximum temperature in the region was 44C recorded at Dholpur (Rajasthan).

Forecast valid until the morning of June 4: Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Isolated duststorm/thunderstorm is likely in Rajasthan. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.
