Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperature fell in Uttaranchal,
rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: It was
markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in
Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, above
normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest
of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.8°C
recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
