Rainfall: Weather was mainly dry over the region.

Temperature: Past 24 hours change: The minimum temperature fell in Uttaranchal, rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. Departure: It was markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, west Rajasthan and Uttaranchal, above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 6.8°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).

Forecast valid until the morning of February 11: Rain/snow is likely at isolated places in Himachal Pradesh, Jammu and Kashmir and Uttaranchal. Rain/thundershowers are likely at isolated places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather will be mainly dry in the rest of the region.

Forecast for Delhi and neighbourhood valid until the morning of February 11: Mainly clear sky. Mist in the morning. The minimum temperature will be around 11°C.
