Celebrations: Scholars Fields Public School celebrated the 75th birthday of President A.P.J. Abdul Kalam on the school premises here. An exhibition on science, social science, and art and craft was organised. Students displayed models of F-16 aircraft, ATM, bio gas plant, green house effect, etc. Principal D.P. Guleria exhorted students to walk in the footsteps of the scientist.

BHANDARA HELD: A bhandara was held at the samadhi of Shree Hari Om Maharaj at Manakpur Sharief, Mohali district, on Monday. A homoeopathic camp was organised by Dr Sandeep Puri, Professor of Homoeopathic Medical College, Sector 26, Chandigarh. More than 150 patients were examined.
