Jessica verdict on Monday

New Delhi, December 16
The Delhi High Court on Monday will pronounce its verdict in the Jessica Lall murder case on the appeal filed by the Delhi Police challenging the acquittal of all nine persons, including prime accused Sidharth Vashisht alias Manu Sharma by the trial court.

A Bench of Justice R S Sodhi and Justice P K Bhasin has fixed Monday at 2 pm to pronounce the verdict.

Besides, the prime accused Manu Sharma, son of former Haryana minister Venod Sharma, other accused are Vikas Yadav, son of former Rajya Sabha MP D P Yadav and Amardeep Singh Gill alias Tony Gill, who is an employee with Coca-Cola company.
Two employees of Sharma’s company, Piccadily Agro Industries, Alok Khanna and Harvinder Chopra, Manu’s uncle Shyam Sunder Sharma, former cricketer Yog Raj Singh and friends, Vikas Gill alias Ruby Gill, Yograj Singh and Raja Chopra, are also accused in the case. — PTI
