One held: The Sidhwan Bet police has arrested Roor Singh of Bahadurke at Zanidpura and seized 15,180 ml of illicit liquor from his possession. A case has been registered.

Youth killed: A 19-year-old youth was killed when a truck on the GT Road hit his tractor-trailer here on Tuesday. Babloo, accompanying him, got injured seriously. The deceased was identified as Rajan, a resident of Vikas Nagar.
