How can you chew this gum?
Ludhiana, February 23 Gill, a swimming coach and garment manufacturer, noticed the “extra material” lying on the top of one of the chewing gums after consuming a couple of them. The shopkeeper from whose shop Gill had purchased the pack, when confronted later, refused to issue a bill for the product. Gill felt that he was cheated by a reputed company, which sold him a product of a sub-standard quality. He has lodged a complaint with the health authorities here and also intends to knock the doors of the district consumer forum to seek justice and compensation. Talking to Ludhiana Tribune, Gill said he had switched over to Orbit to give up the habit of pan masala. “Now I think I will have to go in for some other substitute,” he said. |
