Buenos Aires, March 2
India has filed documents seeking the extradition of Italian businessman Ottavio Quattrocchi with the Argentine government.
Indian ambassador to Argentina Parmathesh Rath, after filing the papers with the foreign ministry of the Latin American country, said it was now for the Argentine government to see whether the papers were in order to carry forward the process of
extradition.
Rath said there should be reciprocity between the two countries. Rath visited the foreign office taking the documents brought by CBI Director of Prosecution S.K Sharma and superintendent of police Keshav Mishra, who arrived late yesterday.
