Corbusier’s legacy builds bridges

Images of Le Corbusier’s Chandigarh will be introduced to the Japanese audience at a special show of the architect’s works to begin in Tokyo shortly. Titled “Le
Corbusier: Art and Architecture”, the yearlong exhibition will open at Tokyo’s Mori Museum, famous for its rotating exhibitions on contemporary art.
Dera Bassi locality in dark for week
Dera Bassi, March 13
At least 10 families of Daffarpur village in Dera Bassi sub-division are virtually groping in the dark for a week following a short circuit.
The feeder wire, which leads to the enclosure containing the electric meters, has been lying burnt since then. However, the Punjab State Electricity Board (PSEB) authorities are yet to initiate any action into this, alleged Sukhwinder Singh Dhillon, a social worker.

German help for kids with cancer
