New Delhi, March 26
The British Council today announced doctoral scholarships for Indian scholars for 2007-08 under the UK-India Education and Research Initiate (UKIERI).

Up to 10 scholarships are available for the Indian students to carry out research leading to PhD and DPhil in institutions in the UK, according to a release from the British Council.

The scholarships are fully funded, including academic fees, international air fare and monthly stipend to cover living expenses.
