Ludhiana, April 10
In the city centre scam case, a city court today issued non-bailable arrest warrants against three officials of Today Home Infrastructures Pvt. Limited.
The warrants were issued against accused, S.A.H Nakvi — general manager marketing, Sourav Gupta — assistant manager marketing and Sanjeev Kumar Gupta, by Court of Judicial Magistrate — Kuldeep Singh, returnable by April 28.
The SSP Vigilance Bureau, K.S. Sandhu, personally appeared in the court along with other VB officials.
They moved an application seeking arrest warrants against the three accused through special public prosecutor, M.L. Solanki.
Solanki stressed that the accused were named in the FIR and the VB had sufficient evidence against them.
Their arrest was necessary for proceeding further in the case. All the said accused were residing outside Punjab.
