Hisar hottest at 42.8 New Delhi, April. 14 Temperatures: The maximum temperatures were largely above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, markedly above normal in Himachal Pradesh and Punjab, appreciably above normal in Haryana, Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Uttaranchal and below normal in east Uttar Pradesh. The highest temperature in the region was 42.8 recorded at Hisar
(Haryana).
