400-seat LPO facility launched

Legal services major Mindcrest announced the launch of 400-seat facility for legal process outsourcing (LPO) in Pune recently.

Speaking on the occasion, Mindcrest co-founder and chief executive officer Ganesh Natarajan said, ''The centre will form the core for the delivery of LPO services and we hope to learn and add more and more value-added services to the current LPO offering.''

The firm already provides legal support to the enterprises in the United States, Canada and United Kingdom in fields like finance, HR, real estate, mergers and acquisitions, sales and marketing, procurement, manufacturing and legal. It will now use Indian legal minds for legal outsourcing, he added.

One of the centre's exclusive features is that it has 90 per cent women employees.

Mindcrest is the brainchild of a multi-national founder team consisting of two Indian nationals and one US citizen. The key people aligned with the venture are Ganesh Natarajan (co-founder & CEO), Rohan Dalal (MD) and George B Hefferan III (VP & general counsel). — UNI
