As part of its career guidance and counselling programme, the department of psychology of GGDSD College, Sector 32, conducted a psychological test at the college today.

At least 100 students of Class XII from the tricity and adjoining areas took the written test.

It included a series of psychological tests like aptitude, intelligence, interest and personality.

On the basis of these tests, a profile of each student will be prepared, after which a counselling session will be conducted in the coming week.

Over 200 students, most of them accompanied by parents, thronged the college premises on the day of registration.

While 100 were permitted to take the first series of tests, the rest were registered for the waiting list.

The second lot will be taken up for the written test and counselling session in the first week of July during the admission week.
