Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in west Uttar Pradesh, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and Uttarakhand and at isolated places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir, Punjab and east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana and Chandigarh 3 each, Himachal Pradesh: Dharampur 7, Kasol 4, Arki, Jogindernagar and Pandoh 2 each and Kahu, Kandaghat, Kasauli, Mandi, Nalagarh, Palampur, Rajgarh, Shimla and Solan 1 each, Jammu and Kashmir: Katra 2, east Uttar Pradesh: Lucknow 2 and west Uttar Pradesh: Sarsawa 4.
Temperature:
The maximum temperatures rose in east Uttar Pradesh, fell appreciably in Haryana, west Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, fell in Himachal Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. It was appreciably above normal in Jammu and Kashmir, above normal in east Rajasthan, markedly below normal in Uttarakhand, appreciably below normal in Haryana and west Uttar Pradesh, below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 45.4 degree celsius recorded at Jhalawar (Rajasthan).

Rain/thundershowers will occur at many places in Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, at a few places in Haryana, Jammu and Kashmir and Punjab. Isolated dust storm/thunderstorm is likely in Rajasthan. Isolated thunder squalls are likely in Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand.
