Thirteen years, it guarded me from sun and shower, It gave me education, and love, It taught me success cannot come without concentration. It built my character, Its teachers moulded, at times scolded me. Oh! school everything of yours is dear, Memories are crystal clear. First day, I came, I cried, Now, golden memories I savour. The days passed as if in a moment. To my school I devote this poem
Shubham Harish, X-B, Global warming I have almost finished wildlife. And now I’ll cut humanity With my knife, I’ll slaughter, This cherubic and angelic environment. And then drown Your beautiful painting called ‘Earth’, With my weapon called global warming
Harleen Sandhu, XI, God’s creation God has created nature, What’s He gonna do in the future? When the sky is so vast And the sea so deep. The ozone is getting evaporated And aquatic life getting exterminated. The life which he created Through the universe, Is on the wane because of us. For the advancement of science, Harming me, you and every animal For this complicated exercise. God has created nature What’s He gonna do in the future?
Arshdeep Singh Sandhu, VIII-A,
