Rainfall: Rain/thundershowers have been occurred at many places in Uttarakhand, at a few places in Jammu and Kashmir and at isolated places in Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Rajasthan and Uttar Pradesh. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region. The chief amounts of rainfall in cm are: Haryana: Dadupur 4 and Ambala and Tajewala 2 each; Himachal Pradesh: Paonta 2 and Nahan 1; East Rajasthan: Aspur, Kotda, Kesarpura, Kushalgarh and Reodar 3 each, Danpur, Ghatol, Kherwara, Mount Abu and Sajangarh 2 each and Deval, Ganeshpur, Sallopat and Sallumber 1 each; West Rajasthan: Anupgarh 3 and Bilara and Chatargarh 1 each and Uttarakhand: Mussoorie 15, Dehra Dun 10, Tiuni 9, Uttarkashi 7, Tehri 3, Karanprayag 2 and Joshimath and Rudraprayag 1 each.
Forecast valid until the morning of July 3: Rain/thundershowers are likely at many places in southeast Rajasthan and at a few places in the rest of the region outside east Uttar Pradesh and Jammu and Kashmir where it may be isolated.
