City Centre Scam
Court order to attach Sibia’s property

Ludhiana, July 14 Judicial Magistrate Kuleep Singh today passed orders for attaching property of the absconding former Improvement Trust chairman Paramjit Singh Sibia in the city centre scam. The court had initiated proceedings for declaring him as “proclaimed offender” and this step was a part of it.

Delay dogs Dhandari bridge again
