Smuggler’s arrest: Cops go slow on registering case

The top police authorities are seemingly dilly-dallying over the registration of a case against former Bhogpur SHO Sukha Singh, from whose local New Baradari house alleged poppy husk smuggler Bakhshinder Singh Bhinda was arrested by sleuths of the Amritsar special anti-narcotics cell on July 13.
