Contract farming has failed in state: Rajewal
Ludhiana, September 15
Though Punjab has recently been adjudged as number one state in the country for its “progressive policies”, but the farming community has held the wrong policies of the state government responsible for it. According to farmers, to come out of this crisis they resorted to diversification of crops and contract farming which, too, failed miserably.
