Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at many places in Uttarakhand, at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at many places in east Uttar Pradesh. Weather was dry in the rest of the region.
Temperature:
The maximum temperatures fell appreciably in Himachal Pradesh, fell in east Uttar Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. They were above normal in Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 37.2°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).
The minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and Punjab, fell in Uttarakhand and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably below normal in Jammu and Kashmir and west Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 11.3°C recorded at Narnaul (Haryana).
