Rainfall: Rain/snow has occurred at a few places in Himachal Pradesh and at isolated places in Jammu and Kashmir. Rain/thundershowers have occurred at isolated places in Punjab. Weather was mainly dry in the rest of the region.
Temperature:
The maximum temperatures rose in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand, fell in Jammu and Kashmir and changed little elsewhere. They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The highest temperature in the region was 37.1°C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).
The minimum temperatures fell in Himachal Pradesh and changed little elsewhere. They were below normal in Punjab and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 13.2°C recorded at Adampur (Punjab).
