Temperature: The maximum temperatures changed little. They were above normal in Jammu and Kashmir and Rajasthan and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the region was 37.8 C recorded at Barmer (Rajasthan).
The minimum temperatures rose in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. They were below normal in east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest temperature in the plains was 12.5 C recorded at Sarsawa (Utrar Pradesh).
