Temperature: The minimum temperatures rose in Haryana and changed little elsewhere. They were appreciably above normal in Haryana, west Rajasthan and east Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, east Rajasthan west Uttar Pradesh and Uttarakhand and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 10.°C recorded at Narnaul(Haryana).
