Temperature: The minimum temperatures fell in east Rajasthan and changed little elsewhere. They were markedly above normal in east Rajasthan, appreciably above normal in west Rajasthan and west Uttar Pradesh, above normal in Haryana and east Uttar Pradesh and normal in the rest of the region. The lowest minimum temperature in the plains was 8.4°C recorded at Sarsawa (Uttar Pradesh).
