                      | Mumbai, December 17 Pravin Mahajan has been found guilty of murdering his brother and BJP leader
        Pramod Mahajan. Pramod, who was shot on April 22, 2006, at his home in Mumbai, had died in a hospital 12 days later.
        Pravin, who allegedly surrendered to the police after pulling the trigger on his brother, was found guilty of murder by a
        sessions court.

 The Punjab and Haryana High Court today declared the notifications proclaiming the Sikh education institutions run by the Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee
        in Punjab as “minority institutions” as void. The development is significant as these institutes would not be able to reserve up to 50 per
        cent of the seats for the members of the Sikh community.

        advanced maritime spy plane, the advanced Hawkeye-2D, to India.
        According to a report in the forthcoming issue of India Strategic
